Avocado Raisin Ice Cream Recipe







Avocado and raisin each has a different flavor characteristics. How sensation if we combine the two into a glass of ice cream? Please try the following recipe and feel the sensation of taste.

Ingredients:

     - 200 grams of full cream milk powder
     - 500ml water
     - 200 grams sugar
     - 250 grams of avocado fruit flesh
     - 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
     - 100 grams of raisins, roughly chopped
     - 2 tsp Vanilla liquid
     - green syrup to taste

How to make Avocado Raisin Ice Cream:

     1. Mix the full cream milk, water, and salt. Stir until dissolved and well blended milk.
     2. Add sugar and vanilla liquid. Simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, continue to batter evenly mixed and boiling. Remove, let cool.
     3. Mix the milk with avocado. Enter in a blender, process until smooth.
     4. Chill the dough in the freezer for 30 minutes. Remove from freezer, add the raisins, and mixer for 7 minutes.
     5. Chill the dough again for 20 minutes, remove and re-mixer for 7 minutes.
     6. Save the dough in the freezer until frozen and hard. Serve with green and raisin syrup complement.
