Lemonade cleansing diet with mint



Lemonade cleansing diet has much to prove that these drinks are very helpful in the success of diet programs. Mint Sensation will make your body healthy and refreshed. Fit continues to consume a diet lemonade cleansing routine.



Ingredients cleansing lemonade diet :

-cooking water

-3 seed lemon / lime

sugar to taste

-ice cube

-10 mint leaves, or according to your taste



How to make cleansing lemonade diet :

1. Squeeze lemon to get juice

2. remove seeds. If using lime / lemon green rather small in size so no need to take the juice, simply cut so 4 pieces and remove seeds

3. Enter the granulated sugar, lemon juice or kalamansi pieces, mint leaves, water and ice cubes into a blender (not too much to put ice cubes, can be added back later later)

4.Di blender for a few minutes, turn off, then strain and pour into a jug. Add ice cubes or to taste.
